As part of our ongoing relationship, we suggested some improvements to the LED shelf lighting in the main part of the store. 

The existing ighting felt old fashioned and didn’t make the shoes look their best.  Product colours weren't accurate, bright or even easy to see.  We felt sure we could improve on this and save running and maintenance costs in the process.

The LUX team gradually replaced the shelf lighting over a number of days, without disrupting the day-to-day running of the store, before final switch over at an agreed date.

As a result, the general mood of the store has been lifted, sales people feel supported and are able to hit targets sooner, and clients have commented on the improvement.
